What's Included

• Mowing to 3 to 3.5 in.: we cut at a healthy height that helps your lawn stay thick and green, crowd out weeds and handle summer heat.
• String trimming: we trim the grass a mower can't reach: along fences, around trees, mailboxes, beds and the house.
• Edging: a clean, crisp line where your lawn meets the driveway, sidewalks and curbs.
• Blowing off hard surfaces: clippings are blown off your driveway, walks, patio and steps so everything is left neat.

• Raking or blowing leaves: cleared from your lawn, garden beds and hard surfaces like the driveway, walks and patio.
• Bagging or hauling: leaves are bagged for pickup or hauled away, so no piles are left behind.
• Light debris removal: small sticks and twigs mixed in with the leaves are picked up too.

Not included: haul-away of large debris such as big limbs or storm damage. Ask us.

• Removing winter debris: sticks, leaves and litter that piled up over winter, cleared from your lawn and hard surfaces.
• Clearing beds: we remove leaves, sticks and winter debris from your garden and mulch beds, plus a light pass for early weeds.
• Cutting back dead perennials: last year's dead stems and foliage are cut down to make room for new spring growth.
• First mow: the season's first cut to get your lawn off to a tidy start.
• Edging: crisp, clean lines along the driveway, sidewalks and curbs.

Not included: fresh mulch, re-cutting bed edges or planting. Ask us.

• Full leaf removal: leaves cleared from your entire lawn, garden beds and hard surfaces.
• Bagging or hauling: leaves are bagged for pickup or hauled away, so no piles are left behind.
• Cutting back perennials for winter: spent plants are trimmed back so beds look tidy all winter and are ready for spring.
• Final mow: the last cut of the season, so your lawn heads into winter at a healthy height.
• Removing fallen branches: fallen branches are picked up and cleared from your yard.
